 Our experience enables us to offer effective person centered planning so that individuals can have the life they've always wanted.  We will encourage individuals to dream big.  We will assist in a plan that will allow the person being served to maximize their abilities.  We will find the perfect balance of what is important to them and what is important for them through a collaborative effort of the planning team.  Everyone will have a clear idea of what the person being served needs to be supported to reach their goals in their person centered plan. 

 Our focus is to ensure that the individual's voice does not get lost.  Our goal is to collaborate with the planning team making sure the person served is at the center of the plan at all times. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to dreams, goals, desires, and concerns, and executing the services required to achieve the goals listed on the individual's person centered plan.
